The last 13th and 20th of July we had the Kick Off meeting along with the coordinator and the partners. In this meeting we agreed several questions; in September we will make a training about the Dialogic Literary Gatherings, the aim of this training is to know and learn how to implement a proper gathering.

This will be executed thanks to the participation of volunteers and researchers that have already participated in one. In the other hand, a MOOC course will be developed, in order to train from home to whoever (volunteers, professional, researchers) is interested in DLGs.

For the correct implementation our partners will manage a Quality plan and a Risk plan, to assure that the project is being executed efficiently.
